What is your return policy?

  • Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes all sales are final.

  • There are no exchanges or refunds. In the unlikely event you receive a damage item we will gladly replace it.

  • Send us an email with photo proof of damage , order number and contact information within one day of receipt.

  • Must return product in order to be replaced.

How long does processing and shipping take?

  • It takes 2 to 3 business days (excluding USPS processing and delivery time ) to process an order. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

  • Please allow 3-5 days (excluding holidays) for your items to arrive or longer depending on USPS daily operations and expected delivery time.

  •  Once the package has been dropped off and a tracking number has been emailed, we are not liable for any damage or lost packages.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays due to mishandling by carrier, weather or undeliverable addresses.
